Lower your Cholesterol

Try to include these five foods in your daily life, that are high in fiber and low in cholesterol. They not only lower your cholesterol levels but also provides lot of benefits to your body.

Apples :
A complete study taken over by the Finland university to check whether Apples can lower your cholesterol levels are not. The prolonged study came out with a good news that eating three apples a day for three months can help in dropping your cholesterol levels by Twenty percent.

Spinach :
As other greens Spinach has got a cartenoid known as Lutein. This Lutein helps in preventing the buildup of cholesterol in your blood.

Oats :
Certain things like whole grain oats, whole wheat are high-fiber grains which would satisfy you with a warm bowl every morning. While whole wheat is helpful in lowering cholesterol, oats contain more soluble fiber and therefore are more likely to reduce the levels of cholesterol in your system. While having foods containing oats be careful to have full grain oats because the oats found in processed foods like granola bars often don't contain soluble fiber.

Green tea :
Green tea is beneficial for many conditions and ailments, and high levels of cholesterol is no exception. Drink one cup of green tea daily and you may find that your high cholesterol levels will say their final farewell.
